I'm doing this web site because I feel that the Road runners need more support.  We have limited facilities at present but what we lack in fixtures and fittings we more than make up in team spirit. We have people come down to our ground in Houghton Regis Beds UK, to watch our games most Sunday's if the weather isn't bad. We sometimes play away so we don't play at home every week. They support us in every way. I go there to most matches because my dad is on the team. We would welcome anyone who would like to come and watch our games. This season Road Runners cc have entered a new Saterday league. However our team will still play the sunday league as usual.

 

We have been playing cricket since 2001. We have our practise sessions on a Friday at 20:00 till around about 22:45. Just go to the official Road runners site for more information by clicking the picture below. The Road runners is a running club which formed in 1981. The Road runners initially played pubs in a local pub league but have in the last couple of years stepped up to  play friendly's against villiage cricket teams like MKOU (Milton Keynes open university) and Kensworth for example.
